    With 100 tickets distributed via social media utilizing surprise and delight, we achieved organic Post Reach of 340.2k people with only 33 posts on Twitter (to reach this size audience shows relevant impact of non-paid effort). By the time of the concert, Positive Brand Sentiment was up 56.68% from prior 30-day period. Negative sentiment around our brand decreased 50% through end of September. New account followers since start of program August 20 (30 days after start): 4.1k fans (996.3% increase from previous 30 days, best fan growth pace of all-time). Introducing our new hashtag, #LiveBright, for the first time, we garnered more aggregate mentions than Ed Sheeran’s own hashtags: #BeautyBehindTheMadness, #SheeranMadness, #EdSheeran and #EdInHouston. #LiveBright was used approximately 260% more frequently than the second-most used hashtag, #BeautyBehindTheMadness.
